Seems good to me. You want to find out right now if he missed or not. You can't call because too many bad cards can come off and you will have no idea what to do the rest of the hand. It's raise or fold on the flop.

Alright. Felt like a good accumulating spot at the time, while leaving myself enough chips at 25/50 if I had to fold to resistance at some point.

Yeah this looks good to me too. You can't show a profit calling PF with 33 here if you fold every time you don't flop a set. This looks like a good board to make a play on. I like it.

A lot of villian's preflop raising range misses this flop and given that he c-bets 100% of the time, this is a very good spot to make a move like that.
