Beat: Bought fish, fish died what i do?

Beat: I bought 4 fish and a snail today, then brought them home and put them in their new tank with the frogs.

I went to Wal-Mart and came back an hour later and all 5 new animals are dead.

wtf did I do wrong?

put the bag of water that they came in in the tank so the temperatures can equal out and they dont die from shock

yea, shock was prolly what did it...they're not used to the ecosystem/temp so like soupy said, put the bag in the water for several hours to acclimate them...

since there were already frogs in there, i'm guessing u conditioned the water to dechlorinate it...

Update: Snail is still alive!

Put the dead animals in a bag to return to the store tomorrow. Saw snail moving, he's a survivor. Put him back in the tank and he seems fine now.
