Villain's stats are 28/14/1.4, he folds to most cbets. I was sure my hand was good on the turn, but the river was a bad card. I don't think it's good to lead here, but I also can't decide between a c/c or c/f. Any advice?

I would check/call. i think if you check and he bets, you have to call, because by checking u are inducing bluffs.

I agree that my check induces a bluff, but I'm just not sure what he'd even be bluffing. I think if he had something like A8/99 he would probably check behind, and there's also no busted draws he could have. Anyway, I c/c'd a $30 bet and he had 77.

Make a pot sized bet on this draw-heavy turn.

Whats your image? in your opinion, how would villain play 99-JJ here? how would he play a flopped set?

Given stats I'm leaning towards a value bet.
