Default help with maths please

Often I hear people say it is close as to whether it is a call or fold. What is the maths as to whether I should call or fold to this AI?

VILLIAN IS 25/10/2 OVER 1000 HANDS.

No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $102.11
Hero (BB): $238.10
UTG: $240.75
BTN: $179.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG raises to $6.00, BTN folds, SB calls $5.00, Hero calls $4.00

Flop: ($18) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: ($18) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $10.00, SB folds, Hero raises to $34.00, UTG raises all-in to $234.75, Hero ??

If I make his range his range as AA, TT-99, 44, AQs+, AQo+, QhJh I have 60% equity vs his 40% equity.

can someone walk me through the maths here please? a short table maths version would also be useful.

If you think he will play AA, ..., QhJh the exact same way, then this is an easy call.
Pot size: 18 + 10 + 34 + 224.75 (right?) = 286.75
Pot size once you call: 487.5
Bet to you: 200.75
200.75/487.5 = .41179
If you make the call, you are contributing 41% of the money in the pot you will win. Since you think your chances of winning are 60%, this is very +EV. In fact, no matter what he bets, if you believe your equity is 60%, you must call. If he had an infinite amount of money, your contribution to the pot would approach 50%, but you would win 60% of the time.

I think you've given your opponent too wide a range (do you
REALLY think your opponent would ALWAYS play AQ this way?).
You should be looking at a set almost all of the time.
