Default hu sit`n`gos

i recently played some hu sngs (maybe 15 or smt) 100 + 8 $ (blindslevel 10 min stack 2000 blindstart 10/20) and 200 + 15$ (blindlevel 12min stack 2500 blinds star at 10/20) for fun and i found them pretty soft and i felt i got a nice edge. do u think this structure is beatable?? there are also turbo tables where the blinds are increasing every 3 min but i highly doubt this can be beaten.

another point: i really have no clue! i v never played sng and rarely played hu. i usually play nl200-nl600 6max.
AND i know 15 matches are not enough to determine if i got an edge, so no reason to flame! if id notice during the next matches that my perception of the skill-level was wrong id just give it up or whatever...
..i should add that i get 30% rb

They are definitley beatable, but as you said your sample doesn't show if you can or cannot do this so only time will tell, gl.

I have found that H/U are great practice and experience since you are in every hand. They have helped my SnGs especially when you get to the end and are H/u.

I started playing some HU sit'n'gos about a week ago too, but not nearly at the same level (5+.50, 10+1 for me). I also have to say that I think they're amazingly soft. I've played maybe 30 or so and won around 70-75%. It's encouraging, but I don't have the sample size necessary to tell, either. I like the non-turbos as well; it seems to me that most people get impatient over time and tend to overplay their hands. Keep the pots relatively small, put pressure on your opponent, and keep chipping away. If you fold your marginal hands and don't pay off your opponent, I feel like opponents tend to get quite frustrated. Anyway, I want to agree with you in that I'm quite a fan. It also helps, I feel, with regards to your HU game so that you can get that 1st place prize in SNGs instead of 2nd or 3rd. Overall, good stuff.

If the rake is 10% what percent of games do you need to win to break even?
