OT: Tools for Multi Tabling

I know that they are listed in the tools thread, but I have downloaded all of them and I just can not get any to work. I'm not the best with computers but can anyone please just tell me what i need to do? All the scrips, autohotkey, all that stuff is confusing I just need a clear cut list of what to do. Thanks a lot.
