Default Interesting river spot

Villain in this hand is completely unknown, but he's on 2 of my 12 tables, so I know that he is at least multi tabling.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

SB ($222.55)
BB ($693.50)
Hero ($190)
MP ($150.40)
Button ($273.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $7, 1 fold, Button calls $7, 2 folds.

Flop: ($17) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $14, Button calls $14.

Turn: ($45) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $34, Button calls $34.

River: ($113) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $40, Button raises to $188

A) I plan on folding to a push here, good?
B) What do you think about a c/c here?

The thing that makes this tricky is that he could also be pushing a jack here for value if the river was like a 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I think that my decision would be a lot closer to a fold (assuming villain pushes) than it is now. Anyways, I think theres a few lines for this river, but I can't seem to find the perfect one.

I dont think you loose much value by cheking here. AK,AQ and sets are raising flop or river.
So I check/call.
Its the perfect scarecard for him to bluff and I dont think he has a flush that often. KcQc makes sense though.

Blocking and folding is your worst option I think.

What hand could he possibly bluff w/ here? A flush is actually VERY likely.

He's not that often calling w/ worse, won't ever vbet worse and can't conceivably have a hand he could bluff with. Clear c/f.

He is betting the same hand a large part of the time. AJ, KJ,QJ. He is pretty sure hero doesnt have a flush so I believe he might push over his river bet with these hands also.

Check folding is very weak. You have to be very sure he has it and I dont think you can.

He's never calling turn w/ KJ/QJ, but let's assume AJ is in his range. That still doesn't mean you can do anything besides c/f'ing and expect to show a profit.

And he shouldn't be pretty sure hero doesn't have a flush when he bets this river...
