Default aggression wins the money! (xpost)

6 handed 10/20 game. I have a bit over 4k, villain (TexasJeff on bodog) covers. Read on villain is that he's tagish and will has shown down big hands everytime I've seen him showdown. My image should be taggish but can be tricky.

Villain opens in CO to 100, I call in SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

FLop comes A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I lead for 200 into a 220 pot, he calls.

Turn's a Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I donk 400, he raises to 1030, I push for the rest of it, 2700 more to him. I thought the only hands he could call with are sets and maybe AQ. Is that too big a part of his range to pull off this play?

I don't like pf but it isn't thaaaaaaat bad. The flop donk is fine and so is the turn bet. Once he raises I don't like the shove i don't think villain will raise the turn for value and than fold to a shove with like anything.

I don't know villain, but you'll catch me making a showdown raise here semi-often (AJ,AT) and make me fold.

I'd usually muck pre.

muck it preflop. he is going to lead the A high flop almost always so I would c/r so you get some money from air c-bets or ok hands that he snap folds to c/r. if you think there is a strong chance he is going to play back at your donk on the flop then lead is fine and 3-bet. As played the turn push seems ok if you think he'll only look you up with AQ or better which is very image dependent etc.

I like either a 3bet or fold preflop. I also like a bet 3bet on the flop better than on the flop, and if not I think a CRAI on the turn is better than bet/3betting on the turn.

calling pf is fine 200 deep.

I don't MINd the flop, it's ok but I think c/r is better. I tried this turn thing a lot like 7-8 months ago and tbh they always had a set and called.
