Default 50 NL- AA wtf do i do on this turn

I hate checking streets with big hands because you make your money by betting the calling stations at 50 NL. However does anyone like a turn check here to control the pot, I'd hate to get raised here. I know it gives a free card which sucks but it does get me to showdown. Otherwise I guess we are bet/folding 3/4 of the pot?

SB ($115.20)
BB ($138.70)
UTG ($88)

Turn: ($10.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero...

Edit: Also I know personally I kinda hate AA threads but I thought this was actually sort of interesting because I struggle with what hands to check behind to control pot size.

I check here. If villain made a straight or a flush they will definatly bet the river and if it's any reasonable amount I would fold it.

Oh really do you think the river would be a fold? I was thinking check then call anything up to ~7 or so assuming the river isnt a heart?

I'd bet more on the flop on such a wet board. Bet/fold turn seems fine to me. I'd make it 2/3 of the pot, though, to save some money.

Bet more on the flop, and then either b/f the turn or check the turn and call the river. I'd decide between these two based on the player. If he was really passive, I'd go for b/f. If he was more aggressive or I'd seen him do things like cbet, bluff, etc, I'd check and call a reasonable river bet.

versus bad villian I bet/fold. Versus good villian I probably check. Humm yeah good villian is way more complicated.

edit: Thought about it som emore and versus good villian I check turn and fold river to a reasonable bet.

I bet $8 and fold to a raise or check behind on the river if called.

I bet more on the flop, and probably check the turn with a view to calling a river bet.

I think the only hands that call a turn bet are ahead of us here and we're throwing good money after bad.
