Default Stars crashing guaranteed tournaments

Hey, was there a thread on here suggesting every time stars crashes you can join up to lots of guaranteed tournaments, and get a cut of the cash automatically?
cheers

last time stars crashed (and it rarely crashes) it occurred from 7 - 8:45 so the 9PM 150 buy in had a bit of an overlay.

i guess the point is if their tourneys are ever going to have an overlay it would be this exact scenario (like the site going down and coming up right before the start of a few events)

but no free monies just a small overlay and its not going to happen often and alot of people still will register in a short time frame.

A few months ago Stars crashed on a Sunday afternoon before the Sunday Million. I think it came back on about 30 minutes before the tourny and they just moved the starting time back another hour and threw in some added cash to the pool, instead of eating half a million or more.

i dont think they would have eaten a half million, 100K at most which they added back.

that time some people could log in and some people could not and alot of people want to play that tourney. so the moveback was done for the right reasons.

there definitely was an ok overlay in the 150 a week ago when the outing occurred. nothing major but it probably had 550 runners.

they've had some crashes in the past where they end up having gigantic overlays for some tournament or WSOP double-shootout or something that draws only 21 people or something.

You have to be pretty lucky to get in on them though.

I think it normally happens mostly to the people who had already signed-up BEFORE the crash.
But there might be opportunities to sign-up when the site comes back on for those who are the first to log back in.

Obviously these opportunities are pretty rare and you have to be extremely lucky.
