Default Are trackballs good for multitabling?

I saw these babies in a local PC store today and I was wondering if they are good for multitabling.

I never used a trackball before and I think I will need some time to get used to it. So does anyone use one of these, are they more comfortable than regular mouse, are they good for playing poker, what about net-surfing? Thanks.

Please do a search for the word "trackball" in CTH. I think you'll find a few threads.
