I've been trying to log into my stats for 4 days now and I get a asp server error everytime. 4 days is concerning, even more so is that my three emails have all gone unanswered. anyone else have the same problems? thanks.

When do we usually receive our RB payments from them? My main site is AP, does anyone know?

My e-mails too have gone unanswered and I feel left out in the dark by them. My PM's as well.

ThisIsTheNuts has a very good reputation. There is absolutely no need to worry.

Ironically, it is possible that some emails were lost during an implementation this week of a new email support system that generates tracking #'s for each customer query. Those problems were worked out a couple of days ago but if you had an email that was not replied to in the transition, please email us back and we will get on it immediately.

As to anyone having login issues, that has to be something simple but I am not sure what it is and am on it now. We will 100% get that resolved within 24 hours.
