Missed flushdraw, 6x, KJ, random bluff, some pocket pair...
Sometimes I make this call, but to do it I need to have a sense of villain's state of mind and/or his postflop play. If he has been quiet, and you havent tangled then fold. But if there is some pride and big egos involved, or he just has to win every hand, I can find a call.
