Apologies for resurfacing this dead horse, but I plan on emailing these unscientific results to Party in the hopes it might make a difference and thought a few others might as well.

There may be enough people who will reduce their play at Party without the 10 hands/level option to perhaps encourage them to offer it in the future again.
