I’ve been sitting on the short stack after a beat for a little while now as EmptySeat88 is to my left with a ton of chips and JBax has also been stealing, restealing, etc.

Given my tight image, I know he's probably shoving any two in this spot, so what are we folding/calling?

?? Am i doing this wrong? There are 10*100 in antes plus the 5025 Bax puts in plus the 800 for big blind which equals 6825. So we have to call 5025 - 800 = 4225. 6825/4225= 1.615385:1, which means we need roughly 38% equity. Even hes pushing only 30% of hands a calling range of any two cards has 38% of equity, so how can we not be calling ATC if he is pushing 100%?

Your entire range is 38% against his range, but ok not each individual hand. You are really confused, somehow thinking that because the range as a whole is 38% against his, that you should call with every hand in the range. At least that's how I'm reading it and unfortunately it makes no logical sense.
