The NL Central is really bad

The division's top 3 teams were outscored 27-3 tonight. The division has something like a .370 winning percentage against teams not in their division. The Astros have lost 10 straight. The Brewers something like 15 out of 20. With interleague play starting up it seems to me that it's unlikely any team will have a winning record at the break. So I pose you these three questions:

In some recent years they've gotten it all bass-ackwards....First place (or close) around Memorial Day and ridiculously over-achieving followed by hard crash to earth and crappy record in Aug/Sept.
