Default Curiosity sake -- is Prophecy dangerous to look at?

I remember reading that Party was scanning your history to check if you visited the site and think I remember reading that some people got warned and maybe some got summarily banned.

Is this a dangerous thing to do now? Just had the curiosity to look up my own stats according to them, but I don't want to pay a price to do it.

is it just in IE or do they check firefox too?

it's seriously an invasion of privacy when they do crap like this.

I got curious about my stats according to poker edge (Back in the NL ring days). Went to the website, looked myself up, and with some security screwup from party, my account was frozen for good.

So basically, it is not worth it. OR, you could do it on a computer where you would never play poker, that might be fine

Okay thanks for the heads up. I was thinking I'd just erase my history after going, but it's not worth losing an account over.

as long as you don't have party poker running, you can check out your stats...

Well that clearly can't be true if they're scanning your IE history files.

I looked at Poker Prophecy before while playing on Party Poker with no problems. I don't bother anymore, since Prophecy is pretty much worthless.
