This is very hard to say without knowing more about your opponent and if he usually is aggressive pre-flop etc. But I think this is a fold. The only likely hand that doesn't crush you would be AK.
I think his range here is AK, QQ-AA, maybe JJ, but that's as far as it goes IMO unless, of course, you have some kind of read. I really can't see worse hands doing this. Good fold.

Easy fold to the 4-bet.

Why are you re-raising to 8.25? Seems high, no? 6.75-7.50 should be good.

My standart 3bet preflop is x4 works fine for me

I forgot to mention, he was button stealing and me 3betting very light ...

You mean you have 3bet his steals before and he might be suspicious? That is really hard to say, maybe he could have TT here or worse but the simpler explanation would be he just waited till he had a hand.

Just dump it here and wait until you have KK+ to burn him.

LuckyJIM, yeah he was betting every button and I was 3betting him very light.. Anyways thinking about this hand I think it`s still a fold, unless I`m willing to call and shove any raged flop.

Phil Gordon's LGB says that the 4-bet usually represents pocket rockets - my experience backs this up.

I don't think it's a no brainer, but I'm not sure what I'd do.
