Looks exactly like QJ to me. Don't see why he would raise the turn with a draw here. I fold the river. I highly consider folding the turn if this guy has been really quiet.

I would call, there are a lot of semibluff/combo hands he could have, maybe worse two-pairs for value, he didn't raise this drawy flop or reraise preflop, so set is less likely I think, looks like you really only lose to QJ. i think everything else is fine, i would probably lean more towards a shove on the turn if you do not think he's firing again with whiffed draws, if he is, you played it well IMO assuming a river call.
