NL $100. Bad Bet or Bad Call???
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
SB ($93.80) BB ($35) UTG ($100) MP ($96.05) CO ($119.45) Hero ($108.70) Preflop: Hero is Button with 7, 6. 1 fold</font>, MP raises to $4</font>, 1 fold[/i]</font>, Hero calls $4, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3. Flop: ($16) 9, 6, 8(4 players)</font> SB checks, BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $9</font>, SB calls $9, BB folds, MP folds. Turn: ($34) 2(2 players)</font> SB checks, Hero bets $11</font>, SB calls $11. Was tempted to check here but want to continue my act of strength so if one of my many outs dosent land on the river then i can still feasibly take the pot down. River: ($56) K(2 players)</font> SB checks, Hero bets $30</font>, SB calls $30. I bet this amount here to get him off his 8 or 9. Do you think he should fold an 8 or 9 here, or should i have bet more??? He had 8s 5s and called and won with a pair of 8s, but i dont want to be results orientated. |

Re: NL $100. Bad Bet or Bad Call???
bad bet. good call.
you hand has showdown value. hope to check it thru. it looks defensive you could have a 9 just maybe got scared of an overcard on board if he bets. call it down. might pick off a bluff on a straight draw. |
