can you provide reasoning for your turn check instead of bet. do you feel like betting after calling with terrible relative position on the flop tells the table that you have a set?

Against a thinking villian I will never get paid off ,checkraising turn, by a worse hand (without history). He might have trouble laying down QJ - but that's it, and most people playing their A game should be able to.

Question is, what is he value shoving on the end? I think this is the worst hand you should be calling with, but doesn't that mean a fold is worth considering? If he is good enough not to go broke with QJ on the turn, why is he vbetting it on the river? You aren't ever calling with AJ. Maybe he turns KJ into a bluff to get you off QJ?

I mean, I would never fold 22 here but I am having a bit of trouble figuring out why any good opponent is betting something worse.

I can cr turn or bet river but I think this passive line is optimal. Do you agree?
