FTP wire transfer question

Does FTP ask any verification or documents (like in the check case) before doing wire transfers?

If so what they ask for?

I could only immagine that they would only need verification if in case that the name of the bank account holder was not the same name as the fulltilt account holder but that is only a guess

new question: lets say you are living in Canada. Do they make wire transfer to CAD account or only USD account.

Also if they make it to CAD do they use competitive exchange rate?

Do you know a number to call (I know one but it handles only deposit questions)

I don't have one sorry and I wouldn't be surprised if the deposit section wouldn't hand out a suitable number either.
