I apologize if this has been covered, but I simply have to comment on the Poker Stars 10 billionth hand. I think it really exemplifies the exceptional abilities of small stakes no-limit players.

So the deal if if you win the hand you get a bonus $100k.

The hand came up in a 1c/2c room (standard buy in $2).

Well, you have to be in it to win it, but two very astute player (obv) decided to fold. Let's take a quick peek at the math and see why folding was such a great option.

Effective Pot = $100k + $2(4) = $100,008.00 (Approx)

Now I'm not a mathematical genius but you can be sure that there's a HUGE range of holdings which wouldn't justify a two dollar call at just over 50 000 to 1.

These players should be sought out and congratulated for their higher level thinking!
