I'm guessing this is a pretty low buyin based on the action. Basically you can only fold KK at higher buyin against a known nitty opponent, in a very very particular situation where you know he's got to have it, or that he has QQ+ and he'll fold QQ and there's not a lot of money in the pot. In short it may happen once every 5000 SNGs, and this isn't one of them.

he pushed with 10/20 blinds after a 3-bet to 15x bb. what range do you put him on here?

Never fold KK at a $6.50. Accept this as faith and dedicate your time to other strategic concerns.
