Default NL10 99 on low flop in BB

This was on a fullring table that had 2 people sitting out and 1 empty seat. In retrospect I should have reraised preflop, but I was distracted on another table and just called. My question I guess is should I bet out on this flop or checkraise a C-bet?

I would bet out on the Flop. C/R is a really strong move and you will be representing sets or big combo draws. The pot is small, there's no need to represent something big to try to take it down now.
