I think standard is to fold without any kind of a read. Your hand looks a lot what it is, but I still wont give him credit for bluffing if I have no idea who he is.

preflop, flop and the turn I play the same

I play the same here although i bet the flop and turn harder. 80% would be 10$ on the flop and $23 on the turn to get more value from a draw or get him to fold.
