TT in Overpair Flop
Villian is MP2, 27%/12.5%/1.24. So,loose, quite aggresive PF, and pretty aggressive overall.

Re: TT in Overpair Flop
I did end up folding the turn, but I was stressed by the decision.
[ QUOTE ] hint This is why "raising for information" is bad. [/ QUOTE ] I think this is a bad habit I have from when I read phil hilmuths books that basically say to raise every frickin hand you have for information. I will try to cut this out. At these low limits, any information I would get anyways is tainted by poor players. Thanks, K. |

Re: TT in Overpair Flop
i think the flop raise is mandatory. we have a decent hand and perfect position to protect it.

Like Tyler said, I like the flop raise. Just don't call it for information. Your hand has a decent chance of being good here. After MP2 calls 2 on the flop and raises the turn, just get out. That chance of being good doesn't mean too much anymore. |

*grunch*
Folds. You are at best in the hand w/ two outs. If BB didn't have you beat on the flop, I would say that MP2 certainly does now. |

Re: TT in Overpair Flop
lol at the 'decision' to fold the turn.
the turn fold is easy. the turn bet is harder. |

Re: TT in Overpair Flop
I was villain in this hand. I had you beat already on the flop (and I knew it) but I didn't want to drive BB out so I just called your raise, hoping you (or BB) will keep betting. With the turned Q I couldn't give any more free card and raised, but quite hoped you will call me down. After this very hand I took a note 'knows to b/f'.
