He never varied his 3bet size or his cbets, so those were just his standard size bets

Call and I think you can safely fold to a shove if you miss, even if you have only $40 left. I call/shove any K, J or heart, obviously.

Not sure if I agree with this. I wouldnt be expecting to win the hand, but getting about 3 to 1 odds...

Well, yeah, but no matter how aggro he is, he knows the odds you'll be getting too. You have no reason to think he ever shoves a worse hand.

true, I have no specific reads that say he might shove with a worse hand, other than times I have seen other similar players do it. Probably infrequent times.

No chance he is pushing river desperation bluff..trying to fold out flush drawers?
