Best place to live in world to play Internet Poker (Taxes/Cost of Liv)

Currently I live in New York City, one of the worst places in the USA to pay taxes. I have a job, though play part time and plan on going pro by end of the year if I fulfill my goals. When I do go pro I am willing to live almost anywhere in the world and my question is what do you guys think is the best place to live as far as:

standard of living /
cost of living /
what I would pay in taxes /
safety / weather / natural disasters /
do they speak English?

And how much would I pay in taxes if I make $50,000/year playing poker in these places:

Las Vegas?
Cayman Islands?
Ireland / UK (pays no tax on foreign income, would poker count)?
Bermuda?
Canada (do you pay taxes on poker income there?)
Hong Kong (how many people speak English there?)

Willing to learn Spanish/Portuguese (for cost of living)

Brazil
Argentina

And how does it work moving to another country and getting residency there? What would be involved, any ideas? Of course, I would want to ''live'' there for income tax purposes as I would probably spend 4-5 months in the USA no matter what; anyone know how that works too?

Any thoughts, suggestions, anyone on these forums that live outside USA and pay little taxes and have low cost of living?

My two choices are Costa Rica or a Mexican Beach somewhere (Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, etc)

asia: bali or if you are tough, the cheapest place on earth - india

you're not getting citizenship very quickly in any of those countries

i'd start looking inside the country... vegas makes alot of sense with no state tax.

You can not avoid paying the US income tax simply by moving out of the country. Enjoy!

Nobody's mentioned Australia yet? No tax on gambling winnings, similar standard of living to the US, better healthcare, cost of living 40% of the UK, excellent weather, low crime rate...
