I realize that there are too many forums as it is, but how come there isn't a travel forum? Considering the global nature of this website, it makes perfect sense. We could have an ask me thread nearly every day similar to Degens oot thread. We could discuss culture, food, sports and many other things that are not as appropriate in oot.

despite my low post count (no strat, i don't play poker anymore) i would love to mod it, perhaps with someone more experienced.

Lounge was a good idea at the time - its just the schoolgirl based gossip and prejudice against DB/Carter led by [censored] and other OOTiot regs which meant it wouldnt reach its potential.

Plus, im pretty sure its considered a success by the reds.

BBV4L wasnt a 'forum idea' in the sense that the Travel, Martial Arts or Lounge were ideas - there was no real discussion before its introduction, the BBV regs just took over the old LoL and whilst not a high volume forum, LoL was too popular to not have seperate to BBV4L, hence the reds having their hands forced.

In fact, of all the OOT spin offs, i think LoL is the best because of its clarity and the fact it meets its purpose.

I guess others freaked-out about it and convinced Mat to shut it down. I liked the idea.
