I'm really starting to get fed up with people saying 'never fold kings'. I used to fold them on occasion when I thought there was a high probablity i was beat. Now I've gotten in my head that I can't, and if they have AA its just bad luck.

It's not that hard to fold Kings, it just came a revelation to me as I got scooped in about the 5th pot where I've been as close to certain as I could be that my opponent had AA, but I kept getting that mantra going in my head 'never fold KK'. I'm going to rid myself of that stupid idea. Nobody puts in 4th raises with QQ/JJ anymore.

It's time to get past the thinking of a year ago or even 3-4 months ago. The competition is getting tougher online, there are less donkey's, and you aren't going to find somebody putting in a 3rd of 4th raise with QQ/JJ unless they are shortstacked.

Somebody please post some hand histories where you've put in the 3rd raise, opponent went all in, and then flipped over something worse than KK. That way I can be assured that i've just been 'unlucky'.

What limit do you play? You are talking pf right? Sounds like bad variance. Yes, the games have gotten tougher, but your thinking is backward. Tougher games make it an even better play to get it all-in pf with KK.

I should have put in some qualifiers, you aren't being a lagtard, your opponent isn't being a lagtard, and table is otherwise normal.
