Default Two 3/6 Hands vs regulars

Villain is everybody's favorite Reefy. He's running at 23/14, and generally plays passive postflop vs. me, but is prone to do random stupid FPS plays at times. But usually he plays it straight up.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

MP ($713)
Button ($479.40)
Hero ($921)
BB ($693.30)
UTG ($295.75)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $24</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $78</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $54.

Flop: ($162) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $120</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $240</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

This hand is vs. another 2p2'er, I forget which one of you this is. He's running at I think 24-25/17 or so. He's pretty solid, but AFAIK, has not been getting out of line vs. me. I'm reasonably sure he would raise 2pair/set on the flop, cause the 3rd player was fairly donkish. So I guess how often is this 78, Axhh, and how often is this 7x (a bluff)? If my hand is KK, does that change anything? Also, bet turn (more)/check? I guess I could fold flop, but the BB had been doing alot of donk-betting donk moves with random stuff, but a flop raise seemed like a bad idea. Thoughts appreciated on all streets really.

1) I'm not sure how differently 10/20+ plays from 3/6, but I'm felting this in a heartbeat on the flop.

2) I like a raise on the flop because his bet was small. Then when/if MP overcalls you can slow things right down on the turn. As played, I fold the river. AQ-A5hh are all vvv good possibilities.
