Default internal error 71/1001

I just tried to log into pokerstars and a message appeared saying that internal error 71/1001 occured and I had to contact support. The only response that I got was that my email had been forwarded to the person in charge "handling this matter".

Does anybody know what this error means? should I be worried?

Any input is appreciated, thank you.

Usually means your account has been locked due to fraud.

Correct me if I am wrong?

Hmmmmmm, I guess I will just have to wait for the email back to see what I have done that is being considered fraud.

Thanks

71/1001 is closed due to fraud or fraud-related activity.

It will be interesting to see what they offer you as an explanation Seventh, assuming you are all above board and you haven't done anything wrong.

71/1001 just means closed. It doesn't neccessarily imply fraud.

When someone has been "closed" because they had multiple users from the same IP address does that give the poker company the right to take the money in the account as well? There is no direct proof that shows it was that person using all the users. I mean it could be other ppl (which would be highly unlikely) but there will be no 100% proof for that will there?

I've been getting the same error message as well.

I couldn't log in all of a sudden, about 5 days ago, so emailed the pokerstars team, but I haven't gotten an email from them since. I've never used a bot before; all I've used is pokertracker.
