Well your check-behind has told him you dont like that turn card, and so when you make a thin value bet on the river, you are asking him to punish you by raising all-in. I think you have to call this, just because it would be pretty easy for him to be making a move here. I definitely bet the turn though.

CRABLAR, there's no way he's c/r:ing 22 or AJ, 66 is possible I guess but I seriously doubt that as well given T/J being out there.
