Default FT BB TPMK in unraised pot

CL has been playing a lot of pots, prone to call a lot, slowplay a bit. He does raise pf pretty wide too. How do you play this hand?

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

The standard play is to check the flop and tempt the CO limper into position betting the flop lite.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that the chances of the limper not betting this flop if checked to would be less than 10%.
