Default Live MTT hand

i thought this was pretty standard at the time but have had a few opinons who disagreed since so id thought id see what the verdict here is.

level 4 of a 3 day MTT, 180 runners, blinds 100-200.

utg raises to 800, seems an average enough player who hasnt done anything of note so far, playing 25k.
utg +1 re-pops to 2.2k, looks to be a good player, has been involved quite a bit and seems capable of making moves, also playing 25k.
folds to me in the sb i have Q-Q, i am playing 12k and have a tight-ish table image.

what now?

Unless you're up against a couple of idiots, I fold.

A UTG raise and *then* an UTG+1 raise is indicative of immense strength.
