I like this line.

Although, if he's really bad then you can just call the turn and overbet the river if you make your hand.

ok say we call and river an ace. if checked to do we b/f, call his bet, or bet call an AI.

also i dont know if hes bad or not.

i thought that hitting my straight (6 outs) shuts him down on the river should i just call. by making this bet, if he shoves im getting 2:1 which is correct odds given my draw (if he doesnt have J10), and by making the raise im getting fold equity from him.

meh

Yeah, just call turn. In my experience when these guys min bet multiple streets they aren't folding.

I think i just call the turn as well. Reasonably often he'll have like 68o and call the push hoping to improve, and then accidentally win.

They fold to me a lot actually.

But in any case they are almost always drawing, and Hero has all the draws pretty crushed.

I'd just push turn.

In my experience they're not always drawing, I see weak one pair type hands a lot with the min-donk-min-donk line.

Anyway a push is a pretty cool idea. I just don't like the sort of small raise because these guys never fold their weak one pairs to a small raise like that. A push might actually fold out like 7x or 8x which is a good result.
