Default AK facing preflop squeezes

How do you guys handle these preflop squeezes? In both hands I and my opponent have been playing 22/16ish with a fair amount of 3 betting but so far no 4 bets. What is the best approach and why? In what situations would you definately push? Do you ever fold/call/4 bet?

100bb stacks in hand 1, easy push.

Hand 2, with all that dead money, I'd just jam as well.

If you've taken notice to their 3bets this is a push 100% of the time, otherwise its a call or even a fold

shoving's rarely terrible, but position makes a huge difference. you should be more apt to call in pos and more apt to push oop.
