Default NL10 - Is an All In Call Against Super Loose Villain Profitable Here?

I had been waiting for an opportunity to go against this villain as he was 75.56/26.67/ through 45 hands. I would like discussion on whether a call here is profitable in the long run against this type of villain. Please explain why regardless of which side of the fence you sit. Discussion on this particular hand is also welcomed.
