Raise more PF. I always charge minraisers when I have a big pair and also I'd rather not see a multiway flop.

After the minraise/call PF and his postflop action it looks an awful lot like he has a set. However, 55/77/overpairs/other random hands are in his range and I'd get it in here unless I had a good read (some stats even) on the guy.

I don't think this guy is check raising 99-QQ here. I think he either has a set or Aces. Any time a player goes from super passive to super aggressive (his raise is very large) in the course of a hand usually means a monster at these stakes.

The only place you can be resonably sure that you have induced an error according to the fundamental theorem of poker is PF. Since the PF raise was so small whether Villain made a mistake is arguable at best, and actually if he could be sure you had KK and that you would go all in when he hits, it would not be a mistake at all.

Post flop is anyone's guess. Without reads i could call if he were short, but fold against a fuller stack, you should feel you could outplay him without the need to make this call. With reads it depends on the read of course.

Take a note of his action for future reference of course.

you made it so hard on yourself by raising so little preflop. i guess i would just fold to the c/r as played.
