Default PokerTracker MGR

Sorry for my stupidity; Is the MGR listed in PokerTracker under game notes (after clicking "get all") the actual amount of money that you can expect to be paid by your rakeback company? Thanks for your time whoever can help me out with this.

No, MGR is the monthly gross rake, you get paid a % of it.

Say you get 27% on FTP and your MGR is $1,000. You'll get $270.

Also, some sites deduct fees from your MGR for transfers, bonuses, and store purchases, so you might get a little less.

For example, if you got a $100 reload bonus on FTP in that same month, your MGR will be reduced by $100, so you'll get 27% of the remaining $900. So you'll get $243 in rakeback.
