I'd fold PF. Even light 3 bettors normally don't mess with an UTG raise too much. His 3 bet range has you crushed.
As played, I wouldn't mind a turn fold. What is he double barreling with that you have beat?

I dont mind check/calling flop ..if he bets the turn ...i dont think hes dong it with air so id just c/c and then c/f. and either block/value bet river or c/c
