Shouldn't it be "Hero raises"?

1: PUSH
2: PUSH
3: Tough but I'd PUSH
4: FOLD (you are not in Push/Fold Mode here so u might call or raise)
5: FOLD (you are not in Push/Fold Mode here so u might call or raise)
6: Close again but I'd shove here because you are the BigBlind the next hand.

I didn't use an ICM Calculator, but I don't think that Hand 2 is a Fold. Hand 4 and 5 are not Push or Fold Decisions because you still have above 10 BB's left.

Edit: I overlooked, that it is a $3 SnG so the Calling Ranges are much looser. I still would say that pushing is in most cases correct.

Oh yes it does matter, but I still don't think you need to push here. On Hand 4 and 5 you can raise to 1000 or so and call an AI from the Shortstacks, but you still can fold to a reraise from the middle stacks.
By pushing you have more Fold Equity but if a player with a healthy stack wakes up with a monster you are crippled and with such a healthy stack (about 15 BB's left) you don't need to play that aggressive with a hand like ATo.

Edit: If there would be just 4 players left and you are on the bubble you can push more against healthy stacks, because they fear busting out and finishing OTM (Out of the Money). You have a higher Fold Equity thenn, but with 5 Players you want the Blinds to be higher or the hand to be better to justify a PUSH here.
