i'm not following your rationale on the turn. the flop cbet is standard, but why do you cr ai on the turn? are you trying to rep the flush? if not what do you think you are beating that a nit holds here, lower pp?

making this judgment based solely on stats, I think this is the type of villain where you can call the turn and c/f the river.

what did you plan to accomplish w/the turn c/r. Did you want to fold better draws/better hands?? if that was your intention, then i'm not sure i like it. for one, when you c/r the turn here, there is $150 in the pot, and villain only have to call $50, it's unlikely he's folding hands that are currently ahead...

yeah i really doubt he folds a hand that you're beating on turn.
flop bet is ugly as well, but that should be obvious

i don't get why, when an OP has a highish pair, and an over-card hits the flop, why most posters advise to auto check the flop.

He's 3-betting an UTG raiser .. a 16/12 UTG raiser at that.. what is villain gonna have most of the time? I doubt he calls with small pairs much..

seeing it that way is what I lacked at that time, I only beat AK on the flop...so you 3-bet then check-fold that particular flop...Or do you flat-call for set value?
