Well given your read on his preflop 3betting range, I think you should lead the turn and call down if raised, due to the draw heavy nature of the board.

Also, his postflop aggression is pretty high at 1.0 with a VPIP of 56, so he is obviously the type capable of semi-bluffing and this board is ripe for it.

If he smooth calls the turn bet, then given that particular river - I think you should check call against this particular guy - he will probably bet worse hands for you. You would be in a tough spot if he raised the river.
