Default What to do on a losing streak

I've been playing 3.4's and 6.5's sngs on stars for awhile now. I feel like I cant beat them, cos everytime I get sucked out by some damn noob with his 59o. I try to think that is is just variance and I will eventually win the money back later, but when I start the next donkament, it happens again.

So what to do to get my self confidence back up?

I used to play SNG's. But when i lose more then 3 or 4, i go on crazy tilt, I tried cashgames and it worked out great for me.
