Default NL 50 on party 3-betted Blind battle with AQ

Villain is taggy 25, 20, 3.2 over 140 hands.
Can I really fold this turn???
As mentioned it's a blindbattle and people at this level tend to do (censored) stupid things in a spot like this...villain seems decent though..
I'm feeling kind of lost here, is it a standard call?? or can it really be a crying fold??? WTF??? (censord) tough spot...

Given what you have let (~20$) I think it is an automatic call. The pot is offering 4:1, you are good here much more than 20% so call.

Edit: WTF now I am confused the stack sizes don't match the betting...
