You might raise if you know this opponent does this with a weak hand he doesn't like much.

Why are you betting this flop? I would gladly check behind here and hope to hit. This flop is very likly to have hit someone and people generally dont like to fold.

As played easy fold.

totally read dependent. some people donk bet strong, some donk bet weak. if we're don't know this info, i just usually throw the hand away.

fold; he called and then he bet the turn on a theoretically unchanged board. he was either already ahead, just went ahead or extremely ballsy. fold and live another day.

edit: and i agree that this is a check on the flop. two spades, two high cards that missed you and you had a free gutshot chance. plus, there are two others. you can't c-bet everytime.

against 2 players in the blinds, i think betting this flop is fine. checking has it's merits too though, as you said.
