stars check dissed by citizens bank.....AGAIN!

long time lurker, first time caller.

for the 2nd time, citizens bank here in pittsburgh put a hold on a 1k cashout check from stars.

the first time it was magically corrected by my (citizens) bank after a few days and this one is still held.

the first check was from a Wells Fargo in TX and this one from a Wells Fargo in CA.

there was another thread about this but i can't find it.

anyone else out there have this problem. HELP!

Um, a hold on a check is super-standard.
