Default odd 50/1 hand

his preflop stats from 6 max are like 40/25...he doesn't strike me as wild, just bad in general.

PokerStars 50/100 Hold'em (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button caps</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, Button calls.

River: (9.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, 3bet or call?

wtf does he play like this?

I 3-bet here but might not be right.

I think of "calling and raising the river" hands on 2p2 immediatly like victors AA in the BB hand vs. Q5. He could easily play an overpair or AQ like this.

Someone played AQ almost exactly like this against me yesterday, except in that hand their AQ was good.

...perhaps a flush (or straight flush)
...perhpas a bluff (something like a missed AdXx)
...perhaps an overpair
...perhaps a weirdly played set/two pair/67/JT

based on your read and the fact that he will fold his garbage to a 3bet, but will cap you with better hands... i call and take a note (thus forgoing the value of him calling wierdly sets/2ps/67).

Without a pretty strong read I can't imagine just calling here. Wouldn't he 3 ball a flush on the turn like 99% of the time?

i 3bet because i think bad players aren't smart enough to call the turn being tricky in this spot. plus its 3 handed and i hate calling here because if i see his set at showdown, it makes me tilt
